Eligibility for Refunds
- Full Refund: You may request a full refund within 7 days of enrolling in a course if you have not accessed more than 20% of the course content.
- Partial Refund: If you have accessed more than 20% but less than 50% of the course content, you may be eligible for a partial refund at QuranMaster’s discretion.
- No Refund: No refunds will be granted if you have accessed more than 50% of the course content.
Process for Requesting a Refund
- Contact Us: To request a refund, please contact our support team at mueenudeenmisbahi@gmail.com with your order details and the reason for your request.
- Review: We will review your request and respond within 7 business days.
- Approval: If your refund is approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account due to processing times of banks and payment providers.
Exceptions
- Technical Issues: If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing our services, please contact us immediately. We will work to resolve the issue and, if necessary, may offer a refund or course credit.
- Course Cancellation: If QuranMaster cancels a course, a full refund will be issued to all enrolled students.
