Cancellation by Student

  • Before Course Start: You may cancel your enrollment for a full refund up to 3 days before the course start date.
  • After Course Start:
    • If you cancel within 7 days after the course start date and have not accessed more than 20% of the course content, you may be eligible for a partial refund as outlined in our Refund Policy.
    • If you have accessed more than 20% of the course content, no refund will be issued.

Cancellation by QuranMaster

  • Insufficient Enrollment: QuranMaster reserves the right to cancel a course if there are insufficient enrollments. Students will be notified, and a full refund will be issued.
  • Violation of Terms: We may cancel your enrollment if you violate our Terms and Conditions. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

Process for Cancellation

  1. Contact Us: To cancel your enrollment, email mueenudeenmisbahi@gmail.com with your order details and the reason for cancellation.
  2. Confirmation: Our support team will confirm the cancellation and process any applicable refunds as per our Refund Policy.
  3. Refund Processing: If eligible, refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method used during registration. Please note that additional time may be required for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
